The hotel was in the central setting in a good location to access everything. Moreover, it was just off a beautiful garden in front of the train station, Eden Project and the sea and a local restaurant which provided a 10 % discount for residents of Emms cottage. We truly enjoyed rooms with a hot water bottle.

I had a pleasant experience here, everything was perfect, the location was handy close enough to a local restaurant which provided a 10 % discount for residents of Emms cottage as well as the lost gardens. I loved staying here, the breakfast was delicious at Emms cottage. The hotel took care of the excellent service. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.
